Ordering Steps:
Order Confirmation: Once you've completed your online purchase, our system will automatically send you an email containing all the details of your order. If you don't see this email in your inbox, it could indicate that your order wasn't finalized. In such cases, please get in touch with us via our "Contact Us" page to verify your order's status.
Checking Orders: Members can view their orders in the "Member Center."
Non-Members: If you checked out without becoming a member, use the "Non-Member Order Inquiry" to track your order with your email and order number.
Returns and Exchanges:To maintain product quality and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items once they have been opened, or if the product has deteriorated for reasons other than shipping mishaps. If you receive an incomplete or damaged product, please get in touch with us through our "Contact Us" page or use the "Messenger" option at the bottom right via FB private message. Don't forget to provide photographic evidence of the issue. We'll swiftly address your return or exchange request. If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to give us a call.

根據財政部訂定之 「電子發票實施作業要點」，於高慶泉消費開立之統一發票將不主動寄送，消費後透過「綠界科技」電子發票平台開立之電子發票資訊，將會於48小時內上傳至電子發票整合平台留存，本網站將不主動寄送紙本電子發票。
※綠界科技電子發票載具
會員購物結帳後開立發票時，將優先使用「綠界科技電子發票載具」做為會員儲存電子發票使用。
電子發票開立後，綠界科技會將電子發票以Mail寄送至會員於本網站註冊時所使用之電子信箱。
消費者可自行將綠界科技電子發票載具歸戶至手機條碼或自然人憑證。
※如何查詢電子發票
電子發票開立通知信中附有電子發票資訊連結，可連結至綠界科技查詢發票詳細資訊。在發票開立48小時候，會員亦可至財政部電子發票整合服務平台進行發票資料查詢。
※兌換中獎發票
依統一發票使用辦法規定，發票兌獎必須使用發票正本。每逢單月26日將根據財政部公佈之統一發票中獎號碼進行對獎，若有中獎將以簡訊或e-mail通知中獎人。若您的電子發票使用通用載具(手機載具、自然人憑證載具)，則將由財政部統一通知中獎人，或您可由超商之多媒體服務機(如:ibon)查詢、列印並兌獎
