Order Tracking: Members can use the 'Member Center,' while non-members can utilize the 'Non-Member Order Inquiry' by entering their email and order number.

Returns and Exchanges:To maintain product quality and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for food items once they have been opened, or if the product has deteriorated for reasons other than shipping mishaps. If you receive an incomplete or damaged product, please get in touch with us through our "Contact Us" page or use the "Messenger" option at the bottom right via FB private message. Don't forget to provide photographic evidence of the issue. We'll swiftly address your return or exchange request. If you need your order urgently, don't hesitate to give us a call.
